What is the override code?
The override code keeps you from quitting a study session early. Set it on the home screen before you start. To end a session before the timer finishes, you'll need to enter the code, so leaving becomes a deliberate choice rather than a reflex.
How do I earn balloons?
Every study session you complete launches a new balloon into My Sky. Tap My Sky on the home screen to see your collection.
What's free, and what's in Premium?
Float is free to download, and your first 5 balloons are free. Float Premium is a single one-time purchase with no subscription. It lets you keep collecting endless balloons and unlocks your full study stats, with weekly, monthly and yearly records.
I reinstalled Float or got a new iPhone. How do I get Premium back?
Sign in with the same Apple ID you used to buy Premium, then use Restore Purchases in Float. You won't be charged again.
How do I request a refund?
App Store purchases are refunded by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select Float.
Can I play music or background sound?
Yes. During a session, tap the music button to play calm music or gentle white/wind noise, or leave it off and work in silence.
How do I clear My Sky?
Open Stats from the home screen and tap Clear My Sky. This can't be undone.
Does Float collect my data?
No. Your sessions, balloons and stats are stored only on your iPhone. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
