Licence agreement
Float is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). That agreement sets out how you may use the app, along with its warranty disclaimers and limits of liability.
Free features and Float Premium
Float is free to download, and your first 5 balloons are free. Float Premium is a single one-time in-app purchase with no subscription and no renewal. It lets you keep collecting balloons and unlocks your full study stats.
Purchases are processed by Apple and charged to your Apple ID. To restore Premium on a new or reset iPhone, sign in with the same Apple ID and use Restore Purchases in the app.
Refunds
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. To request one, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your data
Float does not collect personal information. Your sessions, balloons and stats stay on your iPhone. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Using Float
Float is a study and focus tool. It is designed to help you build good habits, but we can't guarantee particular results. The override code is a motivational feature. Please don't set a session in a situation where you might need to reach your phone in an emergency.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above.
